Since 1991, Flying Pigs Creative Services has helped raise over $30 million, primarily for U.S. nonprofit organizations but also for non-governmental organizations in Croatia, Iraq and Tanzania. In addition to fundraising, other services offered include program development, project management, organizational and program evaluation, and educational sessions in both fundraising techniques and cultural competency.
Grants — Examples of grants obtained for clients include:
- Educational technology for tribal schools — approximately $5 million raised
- Higher education programs — approximately $6 million raised
- Social programs for Iraqi women — over $1 million raised
- Development for rural communities — approximately $3 million raised
- Social programs for diverse communities — approximately $1 million raised
Project Development — Examples of projects supported include:
- Key player in a sustainable energy program in northern New Mexico
- Creator of numerous project plans for education, health care, social services, historic preservation, publishing and much more
- Leader in diversity programs of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) International
- Founding board members of gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender organization in a highly conservative region of Texas.
